How does the CT200 cleaning machine work?
1 Clean the outside of the injector nozzle with gasoline or cleaning fluid before opening the machine
2 Place the injectors into the ultrasonic tray after the outside of the injector is free of debris.
3 Turn on the ultrasonic system and pulse the ultrasonic energy to remove the particles that have accumulated in the injectors.
Attach 4 injectors to the main engine
5 Check the injectors for resistance, short circuits and current consumption
6 Carrying out leak tests, spray patterns and flow tests on the flow test stand.
7 The injectors are now returned to the flow test bench for all functions to be checked again.

Why does the injector need to be cleaned?
If you suddenly stop the engine, the gasoline that has been sprayed out cannot be recycled. It would stick to the walls of the injector and combustion chamber. The gasoline is highly volatile, but wax and varnish remain behind. When you heat these waxes and varnishes day after day, they are converted into hard dirt. The hard dirt builds up faster and more heavily when the engine is running on poor quality fuel. A severely clogged fuel injector may not allow enough cleaner to pass through for adequate cleaning during a routine cleaning. Additional cleaning may be required to remove heavy buildup.

7. Can you supply the side feed injector adapter? I need to be able to inject from both the top and the side? The adapter for injection nozzles with side feed is no longer available.
8. Why is there a hole in the ultrasonic pan? The hole in the ultrasonic tank is used to recycle the cleaning fluid. There is a faucet switch on the back of the device. When you tighten the faucet switch, the cleaning fluid will not flow out.
