A. Cancellation Policy

Introduction
Consumers are entitled to a right of cancellation in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional activity:
Right of Cancellation
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (Hasan Gündogan, OBD Diagnostic Tools, Friedrich-List-Str. 1, 70736 Fellbach, Germany, Tel.: 071136544645, E-Mail: info@auto-diagnostik.de) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail) of your decision to cancel this contract. You can use the attached sample cancellation form, which is not mandatory.
To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the expiry of the cancellation period.
Consequences of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we must repay you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choosing a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which the notification of your cancellation of this contract was received by us. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their quality, characteristics and functionality.
Linked/Financed Transactions
If you finance this contract with a loan and later cancel it, you are no longer bound by the loan agreement either, provided that both contracts form an economic unit. This is particularly to be assumed if we are simultaneously your lender or if your lender uses our cooperation with regard to financing. If the loan has already been disbursed to us when the cancellation becomes effective or when the goods are returned, your lender enters into our rights and obligations from the financed contract in relation to you with regard to the legal consequences of the cancellation or return. The latter does not apply if the present contract concerns the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g. securities, foreign exchange or derivatives). If you want to avoid a contractual commitment as much as possible, make use of your right of cancellation and also cancel the loan agreement if you are also entitled to a right of cancellation for it.
General Information
1) Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.
2) Please do not return the goods freight collect to us.
3) Please note that the aforementioned points 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of cancellation.
