The goods are regularly delivered by mail to the delivery address provided by the customer. For processing the transaction, the delivery address stored by the customer on eBay is decisive. However, if PayPal is selected as the payment method, the delivery address stored by the customer with PayPal at the time of payment is decisive.
If delivery to the customer was not possible and the shipping company returns the goods to the seller, the customer bears the costs of the unsuccessful delivery. This does not apply if the customer exercises their right of withdrawal by refusing acceptance, if they are not responsible for the circumstances that led to the impossibility of delivery, or if they were temporarily prevented from accepting the delivery, unless the seller had notified them of the delivery a reasonable time in advance.
You can choose to pay by prepayment, PayPal (direct debit and credit card via PayPal), or cash on delivery. A surcharge of €9.99 will be added for cash on delivery payments.
