FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER €50 !!

Goods are usually delivered by post/courier to the delivery address provided by the customer. For processing the transaction, the delivery address you provided during the order is decisive. Where the PayPal payment method is selected, the delivery address stored in your PayPal account at the time of payment is decisive.

If delivery to the customer is not possible and the carrier returns the shipped goods to the seller, the customer bears the costs of the unsuccessful shipment. This does not apply if the customer exercises their right of withdrawal by refusing acceptance, if they are not responsible for the circumstance that made delivery impossible, or if they were temporarily prevented from accepting the goods – unless the seller announced the delivery to them a reasonable time in advance.

You can pay by advance payment, PayPal (direct debit and credit card via PayPal) or cash on delivery. If cash on delivery is selected, an additional fee of €9.99 applies.

Free shipping within Germany on orders of €50 or more.

Shipping costs within the EU are €14.99.

Shipping within the EU is free for orders of €100 or more.

For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties and import charges may apply and are to be borne by the customer.
