The Autel MaxiTPMS ITS600 is a wireless, Android-based TPMS diagnostic and programming tool for independent workshops and tyre services. Complete TPMS service with one device
The ITS600 activates and triggers all vehicle-specific TPMS sensors (original and aftermarket), reads their data and relearns them to the vehicle – either quickly via OBD on almost all vehicles or using the stored relearn instructions for all vehicles. The advanced TPMS status screen shows the complete TPMS diagnostic status at a glance. Via AutoVIN and ScanVIN the vehicle is identified automatically – on request also by scanning the licence plate or the nameplate barcode. Using VIN decoding, the tool even determines the spare part number of the original sensor.
MX sensor programming with 99 % OE coverage
With the ITS600, Autel MX sensors can be programmed in four programming modes – cloning sensors via OBD is also possible. Up to 20 sensors can be programmed at once, ideal for tyre services with high throughput. In addition, the tool diagnoses the TPMS system: read and clear fault codes as well as display live data and actual values.
Diagnostic and service functions
Via the included Bluetooth interface, the ITS600 also performs four common service functions:
- Service interval reset (SIA)
- Maintenance/service mode for the electronic parking brake (EPB/EFB)
- Registration of new starter batteries (BMS)
- Steering angle sensor calibration (SAS)
The optional “Pro” software upgrade – also possible at a later date – extends access to all control units and all service functions.
Advanced tyre service
With the DOT functions, the ITS600 scans the DOT number quickly and easily, displays tyre recalls and warns of tyre ageing. In combination with the separately available Autel MaxiTPMS TBE100/TBE200, the system precisely measures tread depth and brake disc wear by laser and creates a comprehensive test report with TPMS status, tread depth, brake disc wear and repair tips.

The software updates of the ITS600 are free of charge without limit and are conveniently installed via Wi-Fi directly on the device. The device is delivered preinstalled with the latest software and preconfigured ready for use.
