Autel FCA/Stellantis Annual License – Secure Gateway Unlock for Independent Workshops

Since 2018, the Fiat Chrysler Automobiles Group (FCA, today Stellantis) has equipped some models with the Security Gateway Module (SGM/SGW). Using a powerful encryption algorithm, it blocks most diagnostic requests for all diagnostic tools except the original device – clearing fault codes, service resets, actuator tests and ECU programming are no longer possible.

With this annual license (listed as the “AutoAuth” unlock in the EU dealer price list), your Autel diagnostic tool is unlocked for SGW vehicles in direct cooperation with Stellantis and also works without restrictions on SGW models.

FCA: Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Chrysler, Dodge, DS, Ferrari, Fiat, Iveco, Jeep, Lancia and Maserati. PSA: Citroën, DS, Opel, Peugeot and Vauxhall.

Requirements and term

Use requires a valid update license for your Autel diagnostic system. The FCA unlock has a term of 12 months. Only diagnostic systems for the local EU market can be unlocked – devices from online dealers can only be unlocked by the end user directly on the tablet.

How activation works

After purchase, send us the serial number of your device – directly during checkout or by e-mail. You will receive a confirmation conveniently by e-mail. Please note: activation can take a few working days.
