Haynes Pro Tech Package Basic – technical data for independent workshops

The Tech Package (Basic) from HaynesPro is the collection of all important vehicle data for everyday workshop use: from manufacturer maintenance schedules and adjustment data to detailed repair manuals and labour times. The data is based on original manufacturer specifications (OEM) and is continuously maintained – so independent workshops work at workshop quality without needing separate manufacturer portals for each brand.

What is included

• Identification data: positions of the vehicle identification number (VIN) and type plates, VIN decoding, equipment codes
• Maintenance: manufacturer maintenance schedules with printable worksheets, follow-up work, service times, resetting of the service interval indicator
• Timing belt replacement intervals and data on the tyre pressure monitoring system
• Adjustment data: wheel alignment, tightening torques, filling capacities, tyre sizes and pressure values, exhaust emission data, drive belts, air conditioning service ports
• Lubricants and fluids with grades and viscosities
• Detailed repair manuals and clear technical drawings
• Labour times/repair times including follow-up work

You receive online access for 12 months, usable on up to 4 workstations in parallel – in the browser, no installation required. Available languages: German, English, French, Italian. After the purchase you receive the access data and the activation confirmation conveniently by email. After the term expires, the access ends automatically – there are no follow-up costs, and your diagnostic tools and other workshop software remain unaffected. A renewal is possible at any time.

Goods are regularly delivered by shipping to the delivery address provided by the customer. The delivery address provided by the customer during the ordering process is decisive for the transaction. Deviating from this, if PayPal is selected as the payment method, the delivery address stored by the customer with PayPal at the time of payment is decisive.

If delivery to the customer was not possible and the shipping company returns the shipped goods to the seller, the customer bears the costs for the unsuccessful shipment. This does not apply if the customer exercises their right of withdrawal by refusing acceptance, if they are not responsible for the circumstance that led to the impossibility of delivery, or if they were temporarily prevented from accepting, unless the seller announced the service to them a reasonable time in advance.

You can choose to pay by bank transfer (prepayment), PayPal (direct debit and credit card via PayPal), Klarna (purchase on account or installment payment), Shop Pay, Google Pay or cash on delivery. If cash on delivery is selected as the payment method, an additional fee of €9.99 will be charged.

Free shipping within Germany for orders over €50.

Shipping costs within the EU are €14.99. For orders over €100, shipping within the entire EU is free.

The delivery time within Germany is usually 1–3 business days.

Worldwide shipping – to countries outside the EU – is also available. The applicable shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout depending on the destination country. For deliveries to countries outside the EU, additional customs duties, import taxes or other charges may apply, which are to be borne by the customer.
