The AUTOOL CT160 is a professional 4-cylinder fuel injector tester and cleaner specially designed for diesel vehicles and motorcycles. With its wide compatibility, it supports 99% of cars and motorcycles, including leading brands such as Audi, BMW, Mercedes, Nissan, and many more. The device can only be used to clean diesel fuel injectors . The cleaning fluid is the 3M Auto Injector Cleaning Fluid, and the testing fluid is industrial alcohol.

How the AUTOOL CT160 works
- Clean the outside of the injectors before placing them in the ultrasonic bath. Make sure that the cleaning fluid does not go beyond the connection opening.
- Turn on the ultrasonic system to loosen accumulated particles inside the injectors. The cleaning fluid can be reused after cleaning.
- Attach the injectors to the main engine and check for resistance, short circuits and current draw.
- Perform leak tests, spray pattern and flow tests. Return the injectors to the flow test bench to test all functions.

1. No response from the device?
Check if the fuse on the right side of the machine is damaged. Replace the fuse (AC 250V/5A) if necessary.
2. Oil leak at the oil separator?
Check the O-ring in the oil separator. If it does not fit or is damaged, replace it. Do not over-tighten the adjustment screws to avoid leakage.
3. The oil pressure is slowly dropping?
Adjust the pressure relief valve counterclockwise using a hex key.
4. The buzzer sounds without oil pressure?
The oil tank may be empty. Refill cleaning fluid and press [Run] to restart the pump.
5. The "Drain" button has to be pressed several times?
The solenoid valve switches off automatically after 15 seconds. For larger quantities of liquid, you must press the button several times.
