AUTOOL SDT205 Car Smoke Leak Detector is a professional vehicle pipe leak detection tool. It will help you quickly and accurately detect cars motorcycles pipe system leaks, such as: intake system test, exhaust system test, car seal test, fuel tank system test.

How is the leak test carried out?
1. Fill 20ml baby oil into the detector. Open the engine cover and hang the detector into the cover.
2. Disconnect the pipe that needs to be connected to the detector.
3. Connect the detector to the DC12V battery, turn on the power switch, and the detector starts working.
4. In about 30 seconds the pipe will be filled with smoke. Check the leaks. Please use a headlamp if necessary.

Caution!
1. When you use this AUTOOL SDT205 car smoke leak detector for the first time, fill it with 20ml oil. Please be careful and DO NOT pour beyond this area.
2. The test liquid: both liquid paraffin and baby oil are OK.
3. Fresh oil can only be filled when the smoke becomes thin, and no more than 20ml can be filled.
4. Before adding fresh oil, please pour out the remaining oil in the detector and replace the detector oil regularly.
5. During leak detection, please stay away from smoke-sensitive parts.
6. DO NOT run the detector continuously for more than 8 minutes. He needs a rest.
7. The detector has intelligent protection, when it exceeds the working limit, such as over 75°C, it will automatically cut off the power. In this case, please wait and operate it later.
8. The round part of this detector has a high temperature, please be careful to avoid burns.
9. If the test tube needs to be separated in the middle, please secure the other side with a rubber stopper.
