Description

Product description:
ANCEL PB100 car circuit tester is a fast and efficient electrical scanning probe, works for all 12V and 24V electrical system, such as cars, boats, trailers, fuel pumps, relays and many other vehicles.

ANCEL PB100 Car Battery Tester Features:
1. Power supply, measurement, ground test, polarity test, continuity test and component activation.
2. Read the AVO meter, voltage, current and resistance.
3. Activate the electrical components, such as the cooling fan, relay, etc.
4. Activate the components
5. Determine the positive, negative and open circuit.
6. Test the bad ground contacts, trace and locate shorts without wasting the fuse.
7. Test the continuity of the power switch, relay and diode.
8. Protect the tool from overload.
9. Allows you to work in the dark area by using the built-in head light.
10. Test along the vehicle through the long cable.

1. Four working modes:
A large color LCD screen with backlight and easy to navigate user menu allows reading DC voltage, AC voltage, resistance and diode parameters very clearly. A quick self-test is a must, before testing any circuit or component, make sure your tool is in excellent condition.

2. Voltage & Polarity Test:
While the electrical probe tester is in DC voltage mode, touch the probe tip to a POSITIVE circuit. The red LED lights up and the LCD displays the voltage with a resolution of 0.1V. A signal tone sounds. When you apply the probe tip to a NEGATIVE circuit, the green LED lights up and the LCD display shows the voltage with a resolution of 0.1V. A signal tone sounds. If you place the probe tip in contact with an OPEN circuit, neither LED will light.

3. Continuity test:
While the diagnostic tool is in resistance mode, the continuity of wires and components connected to or disconnected from the vehicle's electrical system can be checked using the chassis ground probe tip or the auxiliary ground cable. When the probe tip touches a good ground, the LCD displays "0.0O" and the green LED lights. A signal tone sounds.

4. Activate the components in your hand:
If the green LED went out at this moment or the circuit breaker tripped, the device has overloaded. This can be due to the following reasons: The contact you are checking has ground or negative voltage; the component you are testing has a short circuit; the component has a very high current. If the circuit breaker has tripped, reset it by waiting for it to cool (15 seconds).

5. Activate components in the vehicle:
Warning: Carelessly applying voltage to certain circuits may cause damage to the vehicle's electronic components. Therefore, it is strongly recommended to use the vehicle manufacturer's wiring diagram and diagnostic procedure when testing. Note: When energizing components, you can increase the life of the switch by first pressing the switch and then applying the tip to the component. The race then takes place at the front and not at the contacts of the switch.

6. Testing Trailer Lights and Connectors:
When the vehicle tester is in DC voltage mode, clamp the auxiliary ground cable to the trailer ground, check the contacts on the socket and then apply the voltage to the tip of the probe, so you can check the function and orientation of the plug and trailer lights check. If the circuit breaker tripped, this contact is probably a ground. Reset the circuit breaker by allowing it to cool for 15 seconds.

7. Testing the signal circuit:
Testing your sensor is easy. For example, do you suspect a problem with your MAP? Connect the vacuum pump to the MAP sensor; touch the probe tip to the positive terminal of the MAP sensor and observe the LCD readings, which should be a sine wave in normal condition; apply a vacuum; release the vacuum and observe the LCD displays; if the LCD displays are abnormal, there is a problem with this sensor.

8. Activating the Components with Ground ANCEL PB100 Power Probe Specifications:
1. Display: TFT color display (160 x 128 dpi)
2. Operating temperature: 0 to 60°C (32 to 140°F)
3. External power supply : 12.0 or 24.0 V power supply from vehicle battery

Scope of delivery:
