Update License for the Autel MaxiSys Elite – 12 Months of Software Updates

With this original Autel update license, you extend the software updates for the Autel MaxiSys Elite by another 12 months. During this period, your device receives all updates released by the manufacturer – including extensions of the vehicle coverage, new diagnostic and service functions as well as bug fixes. This keeps your MaxiSys Elite up to date in everyday workshop use and also covers newly released vehicle models.

How activation works

After your purchase, simply send us the serial number of your device (during checkout or by e-mail). The update license is unlocked directly for your serial number, and you receive the confirmation conveniently by e-mail. Afterwards, you download the updates as usual directly on the device via Wi-Fi.

Device remains fully functional even without a renewal

Good to know: when the update period expires, your diagnostic tool remains fully functional with the most recently installed software version and can be used without restriction. Renewing is not mandatory – it pays off for all independent workshops that want to cover current vehicle models and the latest range of functions in professional quality.

Goods are regularly delivered by shipping to the delivery address provided by the customer. The delivery address provided by the customer during the ordering process is decisive for the transaction. Deviating from this, if PayPal is selected as the payment method, the delivery address stored by the customer with PayPal at the time of payment is decisive.

If delivery to the customer was not possible and the shipping company returns the shipped goods to the seller, the customer bears the costs for the unsuccessful shipment. This does not apply if the customer exercises their right of withdrawal by refusing acceptance, if they are not responsible for the circumstance that led to the impossibility of delivery, or if they were temporarily prevented from accepting, unless the seller announced the service to them a reasonable time in advance.

You can choose to pay by bank transfer (prepayment), PayPal (direct debit and credit card via PayPal), Klarna (purchase on account or installment payment), Shop Pay, Google Pay or cash on delivery. If cash on delivery is selected as the payment method, an additional fee of €9.99 will be charged.

Shipping costs within the EU are €14.99. For orders over €100, shipping within the entire EU is free.

The delivery time within Germany is usually 1–3 business days.

Worldwide shipping – to countries outside the EU – is also available. The applicable shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout depending on the destination country. For deliveries to countries outside the EU, additional customs duties, import taxes or other charges may apply, which are to be borne by the customer.
