Original Replacement Part for the Panasonic Toughbook CF-19

The port cover was specially developed for the Panasonic Toughbook CF-19 and fits precisely into the existing housing. This maintains the original protective function of the robust Toughbook system.

Especially with mobile diagnostic notebooks and workshop computers, open interfaces are permanently exposed to high loads. A damaged or missing cover can lead to dust, oil particles, or moisture entering the port.

Why Protected Ports Are Important

The AC/DC port is one of the most frequently used interfaces of the Toughbook CF-19. Without a suitable protective cover, contamination can impair contact quality in the long run.

Especially in workshops, fine metal particles, oil mist, and dirt deposits occur daily. These can damage electrical contacts or impair the power supply.

• Protection against contact corrosion
• Reduction of dust accumulation
• Prevention of foreign objects in the port area
• Maintenance of electrical contact quality
• Longer device lifespan

Robust Design for Professional Applications

The AC/DC port cover is made of resistant plastic material and is designed for regular use under demanding conditions.

The material combines stability and flexibility, allowing frequent opening and closing in daily workshop operations to remain problem-free.

Typical Applications

• Automotive workshops
• Vehicle diagnostic stations
• Industrial and maintenance areas
• Field service and service technology
• Logistics and warehouse environments

Precise Integration Without Modifications

The port cover was specially manufactured for the Panasonic Toughbook CF-19 and can be installed without modifications.

Compatibility and fit are model-dependent. The cover is exclusively intended for the Panasonic Toughbook CF-19.

• Original fit
• No rework required
• Stable housing integration
• High material quality
• Reliable protection in mobile use

Typical Reasons for Replacement

Due to frequent use or transport, the original port cover can be damaged or lost. Especially in daily workshop operations, strong mechanical stresses act on small housing parts.

• Broken brackets
• Material fatigue
• Loss in mobile use
• Damage due to transport
• Wear due to frequent opening

Reliable Protection for the Toughbook in Daily Workshop Use

With the original Panasonic Toughbook CF-19 AC/DC port cover, the power supply interface remains permanently protected and the robust design of the device is maintained.

Especially for diagnostic notebooks that are used daily in workshops or industrial environments, an intact port cover significantly contributes to the long-term reliability of the system.
