With this original Autel update licence you extend the update period of your Autel MaxiSys MS908 Pro or MS908S Pro by 12 months. During the term you again download and install all software and vehicle data updates released by the manufacturer directly on the device as usual – including new vehicle models, extended diagnostic and service functions as well as improvements to the system software. This keeps your diagnostic device up to date in everyday workshop use.
Which devices is this licence valid for?
This update licence applies to the Pro models of the MaxiSys 908 series: MaxiSys MS908 Pro and MaxiSys MS908S Pro (listed by the manufacturer together with the MaxiSys Elite, for which we offer a separate update licence). It does not apply to the basic models MaxiSys MS908 and MS908S – for those we have a separate, lower-priced update licence in our range. The only difference lies in the device model: if your device says “Pro”, this is the right licence. If you are unsure whether the licence matches your device, simply tell us the serial number – we will check the assignment before activation.
How activation works
After ordering, please send us the serial number of your device – by e-mail or using the contact form on this page. Once payment has been received you will get your activation code by e-mail and activate the extension via your Autel account. You then download the updates directly on the device as usual.
Good to know
Your device remains fully functional even without an extension – diagnostics, service functions and the most recently installed software version remain available without restriction. An active update licence is only required for downloading new updates. You can renew at any time.

Goods are regularly delivered by shipping to the delivery address provided by the customer. The delivery address provided by the customer during the ordering process is decisive for the transaction. Deviating from this, if PayPal is selected as the payment method, the delivery address stored by the customer with PayPal at the time of payment is decisive.
If delivery to the customer was not possible and the shipping company returns the shipped goods to the seller, the customer bears the costs for the unsuccessful shipment. This does not apply if the customer exercises their right of withdrawal by refusing acceptance, if they are not responsible for the circumstance that led to the impossibility of delivery, or if they were temporarily prevented from accepting, unless the seller announced the service to them a reasonable time in advance.
You can choose to pay by bank transfer (prepayment), PayPal (direct debit and credit card via PayPal), Klarna (purchase on account or installment payment), Shop Pay, Google Pay or cash on delivery. If cash on delivery is selected as the payment method, an additional fee of €9.99 will be charged.
Free shipping within Germany for orders over €50.
Shipping costs within the EU are €14.99. For orders over €100, shipping within the entire EU is free.
The delivery time within Germany is usually 1–3 business days.
Worldwide shipping – to countries outside the EU – is also available. The applicable shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout depending on the destination country. For deliveries to countries outside the EU, additional customs duties, import taxes or other charges may apply, which are to be borne by the customer.
Digital licences and unlocks
Update licences, Secure Gateway unlocks and HaynesPro access are digital content. No shipping costs apply – you receive the activation code by email once payment has been received, usually within 1–3 working days.
If the licence is tied to a device, enter your device serial number directly in the order form when purchasing. That way we can set up the activation for your device without having to ask.
Please note: with digital licences the right of withdrawal lapses as soon as we have begun supplying them and you have expressly agreed to this beforehand. For devices and all other goods the statutory right of withdrawal applies unchanged.
