Haynes Pro Smart package upgrade – fast solutions, fault codes and recalls

Do you already have the Tech and Electronics package and would like to add “Smart”? Then this upgrade is the right choice. At the heart of the “Smart” module are the so-called SmartCASES: collected problem cases with a matching solution, compiled by qualified specialists from the automotive industry. The cases are clearly structured by symptom, cause and solution – so with recurring fault patterns you reach the result considerably faster.

With SmartFIX you additionally gain access to the technical service bulletins for vehicles from model year 2008 onwards. The module is rounded off by the overview of the official recalls including identification number.

How this upgrade differs from our other HaynesPro licences

This offer is an upgrade and requires existing HaynesPro access with Tech and Electronics – it is not a standalone first licence. If you have no access at all yet, start with our Tech package Basis and then add the Electronics package upgrade. The independent version offered here is the browser-based online access for up to 4 workstations and is therefore not tied to a particular diagnostic device – unlike our Electronics Basis, which is designed for Autel MaxiSys diagnostic systems.

Licence and activation

You receive online access for 12 months, usable on up to 4 workstations in parallel – in the browser, without installation. Available languages: German, English, French, Italian. After the purchase you will receive the activation and the access information conveniently by e-mail. When the term expires, access to the Smart module ends automatically – there are no follow-up costs. An extension is possible at any time.

Goods are regularly delivered by shipping to the delivery address provided by the customer. The delivery address provided by the customer during the ordering process is decisive for the transaction. Deviating from this, if PayPal is selected as the payment method, the delivery address stored by the customer with PayPal at the time of payment is decisive.

If delivery to the customer was not possible and the shipping company returns the shipped goods to the seller, the customer bears the costs for the unsuccessful shipment. This does not apply if the customer exercises their right of withdrawal by refusing acceptance, if they are not responsible for the circumstance that led to the impossibility of delivery, or if they were temporarily prevented from accepting, unless the seller announced the service to them a reasonable time in advance.

You can choose to pay by bank transfer (prepayment), PayPal (direct debit and credit card via PayPal), Klarna (purchase on account or installment payment), Shop Pay, Google Pay or cash on delivery. If cash on delivery is selected as the payment method, an additional fee of €9.99 will be charged.

Free shipping within Germany for orders over €50.

Shipping costs within the EU are €14.99. For orders over €100, shipping within the entire EU is free.

The delivery time within Germany is usually 1–3 business days.

Worldwide shipping – to countries outside the EU – is also available. The applicable shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout depending on the destination country. For deliveries to countries outside the EU, additional customs duties, import taxes or other charges may apply, which are to be borne by the customer.
