The refurbished Microsoft Surface Pro is a compact business tablet – light, handy and ideal for mobile diagnostics directly at the vehicle. Every device is tested technically and is in perfect condition. Diagnostic data can be saved, exported and archived – ideal for professional documentation in workshop operations.
Note on the battery: Depending on use, the battery life is at least approx. 2 hours. The battery is a wear part and is not covered by the warranty.

For the car software you receive 3 years of free updates (update guarantee) – vehicle coverage grows continuously with new models. Truck and bus diagnostics are excluded from the update guarantee; the system remains permanently usable and does not shut down.
In addition you receive 12 months warranty and 24 months technical support by telephone and remote maintenance – as an official partner of Vident Germany. Purchase on account is possible via Klarna or PayPal.

Goods are regularly delivered by shipping to the delivery address provided by the customer. The delivery address provided by the customer during the ordering process is decisive for the transaction. Deviating from this, if PayPal is selected as the payment method, the delivery address stored by the customer with PayPal at the time of payment is decisive.
If delivery to the customer was not possible and the shipping company returns the shipped goods to the seller, the customer bears the costs for the unsuccessful shipment. This does not apply if the customer exercises their right of withdrawal by refusing acceptance, if they are not responsible for the circumstance that led to the impossibility of delivery, or if they were temporarily prevented from accepting, unless the seller announced the service to them a reasonable time in advance.

Digital licences and unlocks
Update licences, Secure Gateway unlocks and HaynesPro access are digital content. No shipping costs apply – you receive the activation code by email once payment has been received, usually within 1–3 working days.
If the licence is tied to a device, enter your device serial number directly in the order form when purchasing. That way we can set up the activation for your device without having to ask.
Please note: with digital licences the right of withdrawal lapses as soon as we have begun supplying them and you have expressly agreed to this beforehand. For devices and all other goods the statutory right of withdrawal applies unchanged.
