The Kia 20 Pin OBD1 adapter cable connects the manufacturer-specific 20-pin diagnostic port on the vehicle to the standard 16-pin OBD2 socket. Existing OBD2 diagnostic devices, workshop interfaces and handheld scanners can therefore continue to be used without buying a special solution.
