The X431 PRO3S+ SmartLink HD is made for workshops that look after cars and commercial vehicles under one roof. It works on 12 volt vehicles just as well as on 24 volt trucks and buses, on diesel and on petrol engines – without the commercial vehicle software having to be bought separately.

Diagnostics cover every control unit fitted: engine, transmission, ABS, airbag, body, comfort electronics and driver assistance. Fault codes appear in plain text, along with live data and freeze frame values. Bi-directional control lets you switch components and check the reaction right at the vehicle.

Topology mapping – the vehicle network at a glance

Instead of querying one control unit after another, topology mapping shows the whole vehicle network as a diagram: which control unit sits on which bus (CAN, MS-CAN, K-Line), how they are connected, and where something is not responding. Faulty modules are marked red, modules that are not fitted grey. On modern vehicles with many bus systems this finds the starting point of a fault much faster.

SmartLink C V2.0 with J2534

The supplied SmartLink C V2.0 is both a diagnostic interface and a J2534 pass-thru device. That allows original manufacturer software to be downloaded and written to control units. It also enables remote diagnosis: a colleague or specialist can connect to the vehicle from a distance. The connection is wireless over Wi-Fi in the 2.4 and 5 GHz bands.

Please note: which programming and coding jobs are actually possible depends on the brand, model, year and control unit. For the manufacturer’s original software a separate account with that manufacturer is usually required. Call us before you buy – we will go through your vehicles together.

The coverage figures describe the total scope the tool can cover across all supported brands – they do not mean that every brand, model and function is automatically supported in full. Which vehicles and functions are actually available always depends on the manufacturer, model, year and control unit. The 2 years of free updates make sure coverage keeps growing and new models are added continuously.

Goods are regularly delivered by shipping to the delivery address provided by the customer. The delivery address provided by the customer during the ordering process is decisive for the transaction. Deviating from this, if PayPal is selected as the payment method, the delivery address stored by the customer with PayPal at the time of payment is decisive.

If delivery to the customer was not possible and the shipping company returns the shipped goods to the seller, the customer bears the costs for the unsuccessful shipment. This does not apply if the customer exercises their right of withdrawal by refusing acceptance, if they are not responsible for the circumstance that led to the impossibility of delivery, or if they were temporarily prevented from accepting, unless the seller announced the service to them a reasonable time in advance.

You can choose to pay by bank transfer (prepayment), PayPal (direct debit and credit card via PayPal), Klarna (purchase on account or installment payment), Shop Pay, Google Pay or cash on delivery. If cash on delivery is selected as the payment method, an additional fee of €9.99 will be charged.

Shipping costs within the EU are €14.99. For orders over €100, shipping within the entire EU is free.
