OTOFIX BT1 Lite – battery and charging system analysis for the workshop
The OTOFIX BT1 Lite is a system for analysing batteries and electrical systems. It works with adaptive conductance – an advanced battery analysis method – and thus performs a precise examination of the cold cranking capability and the reserve capacity. Both values are decisive in determining the true condition of a vehicle battery instead of merely measuring the open-circuit voltage.
The tester can be used on its own with Apple and Android smartphones – the app is free of charge – or as an accessory for the OTOFIX diagnostic systems. This lets you check the condition of the vehicle battery and the electrical system simply and affordably, without an additional benchtop unit in the workshop.

Goods are regularly delivered by shipping to the delivery address provided by the customer. The delivery address provided by the customer during the ordering process is decisive for the transaction. Deviating from this, if PayPal is selected as the payment method, the delivery address stored by the customer with PayPal at the time of payment is decisive.
If delivery to the customer was not possible and the shipping company returns the shipped goods to the seller, the customer bears the costs for the unsuccessful shipment. This does not apply if the customer exercises their right of withdrawal by refusing acceptance, if they are not responsible for the circumstance that led to the impossibility of delivery, or if they were temporarily prevented from accepting, unless the seller announced the service to them a reasonable time in advance.
You can choose to pay by bank transfer (prepayment), PayPal (direct debit and credit card via PayPal), Klarna (purchase on account or installment payment), Shop Pay, Google Pay or cash on delivery. If cash on delivery is selected as the payment method, an additional fee of €9.99 will be charged.
Free shipping within Germany for orders over €50.
Shipping costs within the EU are €14.99. For orders over €100, shipping within the entire EU is free.
The delivery time within Germany is usually 1–3 business days.
Worldwide shipping – to countries outside the EU – is also available. The applicable shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout depending on the destination country. For deliveries to countries outside the EU, additional customs duties, import taxes or other charges may apply, which are to be borne by the customer.
Digital licences and unlocks
Update licences, Secure Gateway unlocks and HaynesPro access are digital content. No shipping costs apply – you receive the activation code by email once payment has been received, usually within 1–3 working days.
If the licence is tied to a device, enter your device serial number directly in the order form when purchasing. That way we can set up the activation for your device without having to ask.
Please note: with digital licences the right of withdrawal lapses as soon as we have begun supplying them and you have expressly agreed to this beforehand. For devices and all other goods the statutory right of withdrawal applies unchanged.
