For the passenger car software you receive 3 years of free updates (update guarantee) – the vehicle coverage grows continuously with new models. The truck and bus diagnostics are excluded from the update guarantee; the system remains permanently usable and does not switch itself off.
In addition you receive 12 months warranty and 24 months technical support by telephone and remote maintenance. Purchase on account is possible via Klarna or PayPal.

Goods are regularly delivered by shipping to the delivery address provided by the customer. The delivery address provided by the customer during the ordering process is decisive for the transaction. Deviating from this, if PayPal is selected as the payment method, the delivery address stored by the customer with PayPal at the time of payment is decisive.
If delivery to the customer was not possible and the shipping company returns the shipped goods to the seller, the customer bears the costs for the unsuccessful shipment. This does not apply if the customer exercises their right of withdrawal by refusing acceptance, if they are not responsible for the circumstance that led to the impossibility of delivery, or if they were temporarily prevented from accepting, unless the seller announced the service to them a reasonable time in advance.

Digital licences and unlocks
Update licences, Secure Gateway unlocks and HaynesPro access are digital content. No shipping costs apply – you receive the activation code by email once payment has been received, usually within 1–3 working days.
If the licence is tied to a device, enter your device serial number directly in the order form when purchasing. That way we can set up the activation for your device without having to ask.
Please note: with digital licences the right of withdrawal lapses as soon as we have begun supplying them and you have expressly agreed to this beforehand. For devices and all other goods the statutory right of withdrawal applies unchanged.
