Thinkcar EVP803 Battery Module Balancer for Independent Workshops – 24 Channels
Thinkcar EVP803 Battery Module Balancer for Independent Workshops – 24 Channels is backordered and will ship as soon as it is back in stock.
Description
Description
The Thinkcar EVP803 is a charging, discharging and balancing device for battery modules of electric vehicles. With up to 24 channels, it precisely equalises the cell voltages within a module – crucial for the capacity, range and service life of repaired or replaced modules. A professional workshop device for independent workshops, battery service centres and commercial users who repair high-voltage batteries.
- ✔ 24 balancing channels (2 × 12) for the cells of a battery module
- ✔ Charging up to 40 A (3.2 kW), discharging up to 20 A (2.4 kW)
- ✔ Module voltage DC 0–112 V, cell voltage 1.6–5.0 V
- ✔ 10.1-inch touchscreen with real-time curves and data export
- ✔ Protection against over/undervoltage, overcurrent, short circuit, reverse polarity and overtemperature
- ✔ Purchase on account available (Klarna or PayPal)
Precise cell balancing
The EVP803 can charge or discharge each cell of a module individually to bring all cells to an identical voltage. This reduces voltage differences and improves the capacity and service life of the module. Example: in a module with 24 cells, some at 3.85 V and others at 3.95 V, all cells are adjusted to 3.90 V.
Real-time monitoring and data export
Via the 10.1-inch touchscreen or a network connection, voltage, current, temperature and balancing progress can be monitored in real time – as a curve or bar chart. Results can be exported, for example for test reports, training or diagnostic records. Software and functions are updated via over-the-air updates.
Areas of application
- Workshop and diagnostic centre: restoring battery modules after disassembly, cell balancing after repair or replacement of individual cells
- Development and test laboratory: testing different cell chemistries (NMC, LFP, LTO), capacity and service-life tests
- Production and quality assurance: checking voltage deviation before assembling modules
Multiple safety mechanisms
Multi-stage protection against over- and undervoltage, overcurrent, short circuit, reverse polarity and overtemperature, plus disconnection protection, ensures safe operation even with faulty connections or unstable batteries.
