Which Autel update licence fits my device?
Autel offers a separate update licence for almost every diagnostic tool – and the names are very similar: MS906, MS906BT, MS906TS, MS906 Pro, MS906 Pro-TS. If you buy the wrong licence, you cannot activate it on your device. That is why we have compiled all Autel and OTOFIX licences in our range in one table. Simply look up your model – the link takes you directly to the matching licence.
How to identify your exact model
- Model designation on the device: It is shown on the back of the tablet and on the start screen.
- Pay attention to suffixes: "Pro", "S", "BT" (Bluetooth VCI), "TS" (tyre pressure/TPMS) or "S2" identify different devices – and often different licences.
- Note down the serial number: You enter it in the mandatory field on the product page when you buy. If you are unsure, we can also use it to check the match for you.

- 12-month term with all available software and vehicle data updates
- Activation via serial number – activation code by e-mail, nothing is shipped
- No subscription: After expiry your device remains fully functional; only new updates can no longer be downloaded
- Requirement for additional functions: A valid update licence is required for the Secure Gateway unlock
